"Celebrating Ghana's Cultural In Grand Performance at UEW Ajumako"

Paul Agbedor, a lecturer at the University of Ghana's Department of Linguistics, highlighted the importance of Ghanaian language teachers in promoting cultural diversity and harmony. The College of Languages Education at UEW celebrated the week's theme, "Living in a multilingual setting: the role of the Ghanaian Language teacher," at the Ajumako Campus. Agbedor urged teachers to remain dedicated and urged politicians to prioritize education sincerely.

On the final day of the 2024 Culture Week Celebration at UEW Ajumako Campus, the Faculty of Ghanaian Language Education will host a grand cultural performance. Ethnic groups such as the Akan, Nzema, Ewe, Kusal, Gonja, and Ga have presented traditional dances, music, storytelling, and other art forms. The event aims to showcase the rich diversity and traditions of these communities, fostering understanding and appreciation among attendees. It will highlight the unique contributions of each group to Ghana's cultural mosaic.
